Reece Arney
Director
It was 2014, and Reece was ready to tap out of sales and percentage-driven recruitment. Determined to make a difference by actually focusing on doing what's right for the people he was placing, Reece began a new adventure.
Arney Recruitment was born on a Saturday morning, at the breakfast table, over some poached eggs, a long black and a simple vision to connect great people with great companies.
Todd Bussenschutt
Consultant
A recruitment consultant who can happily build a PC or hire a technical team, Todd's taken the scenic route to recruitment. He spent most of his career interviewing from the other side of the desk hiring for MSPs, but when the opportunity came up to change paths and become a technical recruiter, he didn't even hesitate.
Today, with 25 years of experience across a variety of technical and management roles, Todd truly knows his way around the good – and the bad – of the IT industry, and prides himself on being the safe pair of hands you can trust to take care of you and your career.
